Welcome to The Mill Academy Nursery. At The Mill, we have a 52 place nursery. We offer morning sessions or afternoon sessions for 15 hour places and also offer 30 hour places to those eligible. Our nursery children are offered a broad and balanced curriculum centred around play, building of independence skills and having memorable experiences. during their time in our nursery class they develop a love of story, rhyme and get a fantastic head start into the wonder of reading by beginning Read Write Inc Nursery Phonics Scheme. Recent early years specialist visitor to our foundation unit praised the learning behaviours of our youngest children in school and described our learning environment as “a place you just want to be in” Please telephone our office for a look around.
